In Lexington The Mayor’s Commission for Citizens with Disabilities worked with LEXPARK, the Lexignton Police and the City Counsel to pass an ordinance that makes it ilitgal to park in the hash marked area next to an ADA parking space, even if you have a placard. The fine is $250.
