Reduce Disabled Placard (and Plate) Abuse
Placard and plate issuers, including departments of motor vehicles and county clerks, can champion accessible parking with policies and procedures designed to eliminate abuse, particularly among those who are issued temporary placards. Temporary placards are too often used beyond the need for them—and worse, often given to those who do not need accessible parking at all. Share resources here.
